REFUND POLICY
At The Poppy Pink, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. While we typically adhere to a strict no-refund policy, we want to assure you that if, under unfortunate circumstances, you receive defective, damaged, or missing items, we will handle it with the utmost care and consideration.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Before any product leaves our facilities, it undergoes rigorous quality checks by our trained quality control team. Each item is meticulously inspected to ensure that it meets our stringent quality standards. These processes significantly minimize the possibility of receiving damaged, defective, missing items or the likelihood of such occurrences.
However, in the regrettable circumstance of a missing or damaged product, the customer is enjoined to furnish a video recording of the unboxing process within3 days of delivery. This video documentation is deemed indispensable for the expeditious resolution of the matter. It is incumbent upon customers to recognize that, absent such video substantiation, their requests may not be entertained.
We strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. In such cases, with special approval, we will credit the refund to the original source. We understand that waiting for a resolution can be concerning, but please rest assured that we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used once it has been opened, for the products that are not in the original condition as when they were delivered or if they have been damaged by the customer.
